• Leading the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to optimize customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
• Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for business growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges using data-driven solutions.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through effective data governance practices.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented analytics models to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and analytics within the financial services industry.

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML and Cloud environment

• Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
• A degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
