Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading multinational organisation to appoint a Commercial Pricing & Analytics Manager to join its regional commercial team based in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial strategy, pricing, analytics and business partnering to influence key business decisions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability.
• Evaluate complex pricing scenarios, commercial proposals and customer opportunities, providing recommendations that support sustainable business growth.
• Analyse commercial performance, market trends and profitability to identify risks, opportunities and actionable insights for senior management.
• Build financial models, pricing frameworks and performance dashboards to improve commercial visibility and support strategic decision-making.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to strengthen commercial performance and optimise business outcomes.
• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and pricing-related initiatives while driving continuous improvement across commercial processes.
• Coach and develop a small regional analytics team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Management or Commercial Analytics.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience translating financial data into practical business recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, financial modelling and business partnering.
• Previous people management or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across regional teams.
