HIRING FOR ONE OF THE LEADING OIL&GAS OPERATING COMPANY IN MIDDLE-EAST:

• B.Sc. or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering with at least 5 years specific hands-on experience in upstream/downstream projects (i.e., Oil & Gas) at various stages.
• Proficient in cost estimation and analysis at various project stages (e.g., Initiation, Study, FEED/ECS and EPIC/Construction), cost monitoring, forecasting & reporting, negotiations, and evaluation of claim including dispute settlement.
• Additional experience in quantity surveying will be preferred.
• Knowledge of contracting strategies and experience in tendering process including technical and commercial bid evaluation.
• Conversant with international cost estimation software
