Role Description The Machining Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role oversees day-to-day machining operations, including scheduling jobs, monitoring CNC production activities, and coordinating with the engineering and quality teams to ensure parts meet specification and delivery timelines. The individual will track operational performance metrics, identify process improvements, and support troubleshooting of machining and workflow issues. The role also involves resource planning, supporting safety and housekeeping standards, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a CNC precision machining environment, or similar.
• Strong operations and operations management skills to oversee machining workflows, scheduling, and resource utilisation.
• Experience in precision machining or manufacturing environments, preferably with CNC equipment and related processes.
• Analytical skills to interpret production data, identify variances, and recommend process improvements.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and basic understanding of dimensional inspection or quality control methods is advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
