Apexel Recruitment Hiring! Full Time Project Manager (BMU (Gondola) Projects) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

• Lead the full project lifecycle for BMU/gondola installations, including planning, design review, scheduling, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Oversee site installation, supervision of subcontractors, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks while monitoring costs and implementing corrective actions to meet financial targets.

• Conduct technical reviews of designs, calculations, and specifications for BMU systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and third parties to facilitate approvals, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.

• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, variation orders, and documentation while ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in BMU, gondola, or facade access systems projects.

• Proven track record in managing BMU/gondola design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.

• Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards, building regulations, and technical aspects of suspended access equipment.

• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Project/Excel), and other project management tools.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
