Job Overview

• Role: Full-Stack Developer (6–10 years of experience)
• Location: Hong Kong
• Split: 80% hands on development, 20% support

Core Technical Skills

• Backend: Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST microservices, and system architecture design.
• Frontend: Angular is ideal; React is acceptable.
• Data & Cloud: SQL optimization, containers, OpenShift, and Git.
• Engineering: OO design, TDD, and refactoring complex codebases.

Domain & Business Skills

• Prime Brokerage: Direct experience in Prime Financing / SBL is highly preferred.
• Asset Classes: Strong knowledge of Equities or Fixed Income trading workflows.
• Soft Skills: Top-tier communication for high-level interaction with traders under pressure.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Event-Driven: Messaging patterns using Kafka or Solace.
• Optimization: Asset allocation, inventory, or funding automation models.
