Towngas Hiring! Full Time Assistant Customer Platform Solutions Manager in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The Role:

• Manage solutions delivery in customer solutions platform and across platform modules, coordinating phased releases and cross-module dependencies

• Drive requirements prioritization with business stakeholders; recommend trade-offs on scope, schedule and resources

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationship — tracking deliverables, escalating blockers, enforcing quality and timeliness

• Review BRDs, FSDs, and user stories before stakeholder sign-off

• Drive UAT strategy and recommend go/no-go decisions at phase gates

• Manage change requests end-to-end, assessing cross-module impact and schedule trade-offs

• Coordinate go-live readiness across business units, operations, and partners

• Maintain RAID log, weekly status reports and steering committee updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Information Systems / Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product management, customer solutions, project management, or senior business analyst roles, preferably within digital platforms or technology-driven environments

• Proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams

• Hands-on experience overseeing vendor-delivered development projects and managing external technology partners

• Experience delivering multi-module consumer platforms, marketplaces, or large-scale digital products is highly preferred

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with practical experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools

• Familiarity with shared platform capabilities such as identity management, payments, notifications, and partner ecosystem integrations

• Demonstrated experience managing phased product launches and coordinating multiple workstreams with independent delivery timelines

• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or CSM are advantageous

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English; Mandarin proficiency is mandatory
