Job Responsibilities

1. Coach & support Client Advisors to develop and sustain long-term high-net-worth client relationships, deliver premium client experience and boost client engagement.

2. Serve as main support liaison for Client Advisors; handle client enquiries, routine administration and all client documentation fully compliant with local regulatory rules and internal governance policies.

3. Compile market investment updates, financial presentations and proposal materials for prospective and existing HNW clients.

4. Conduct regular portfolio monitoring, support asset rebalancing planning and coordinate full end-to-end transaction execution.

5. Attend client joint meetings alongside Client Advisors; prepare meeting documents, capture action items and conduct consistent post-meeting follow-ups.

6. Oversee full client onboarding workflow, complete KYC, CDD and due diligence procedures; cross-functionally coordinate with back-office teams to guarantee seamless account opening.

7. Mentor, train and upskill new joiners within the team, cultivate service excellence mindset and drive continuous team performance improvement.

8. Take charge of ad-hoc business projects and special initiatives, ensure on-time delivery and full alignment with departmental business targets.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines

2. At least 5 years solid working experience within Hong Kong private banking or wealth management industry

3. In-depth knowledge of mainstream investment products, compliance frameworks and SFC/IA regulatory obligations

4. Outstanding interpersonal communication, organisation and team leadership capabilities

5. Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced target-driven environment

6. Hold valid HKSI securities licenses & IIQE insurance licenses, fully meet competency standards for regulated activities under SFO and Insurance Ordinance is highly preferred

7. Strong client-centric and sales mindset, capable of building trust and long-term rapport with HNW individuals

8. Fluent in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
