Janco Global Logistics Limited Hiring! Full Time Finance Manager in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable. Closely monitor credit management, AR collection, expenses and cash flow controls.

• Responsible for full set of Accounting Month End Closing.

• Prepare and oversee the Group’s consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and listing rules.

• Assist in liaising with auditors on annual audit matters.

• Prepare financial notes and support the preparation of analysis and other sections in the listed company’s interim and annual reports.

• Establish accounting standards and KPIs to evaluate the efficiency of accounts team and operations.

• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.

• Qualified accountant (CPA/ HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in which at least 5 years in managerial role.

• Working experience in Logistics/ Freight forwarding / E-commerce industry is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and priories tasks effectively.

• Proficient in the use of Computerized Accounting Systems and MS Office applications.

• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
