System Engineer

We are looking for System Engineer to provide Level 2 support on POS, Kiosk, Payment and Ticket system for one of major customers.

Key Responsibilities

­            Act as the technical lead for Ticket system, POS, and payment gateway systems.

­            Provide Level 2 support operations and ensure compliance with SLA.

­            Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.

­            Coordinate system integration efforts and validate technical changes.

­            Support project planning, technical design reviews, and implementation oversight.

­            Assist in proactive tasks such as change management scheduling, documentation updates, and disaster recovery drills.

­            Liaise with vendors and internal teams for SIT/UAT and quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

­            Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

­            Minimum 5 years of experience in system support and integration.

­            Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, POS solutions, and payment gateways.

­            Experience in cloud infrastructure, application architecture, and networking.

­            Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
