About the role

Intertec Asia Limited is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in North Point, Eastern District. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our business operations.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage product certification and testing process with accredited laboratories

• Maintain, monitor, and organize all certificates and test reports

• Support the artwork and user manual creation in compliance with international standards and safely regulations

• Liaise with third party laboratories and inspection companies to arrange factory audits and inspections

• Assist headquarter in implementing CSR-related supplier controlling and developing system

• Collaborate closely with other departments regarding quality assurance related tasks

• Support ad-hoc Quality Assurance projects and carry out other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• High Diploma or above, preferably in Quality Management or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in consumer products

• Experience in Trading, Buying or Sourcing Office is an advantage

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Well-organized, detail-minded, and strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally
