Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Analyst

Your new company

• This established financial institution based in Kuala Lumpur is amongst one of the most recognised globally. The company is looking for a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Analyst.

Your new role

• Support and maintain the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, including system configuration, master data, and user administration.
• Investigate and resolve technical, integration, and transaction-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor system performance, scheduled integrations, and data accuracy across regional business units.
• Manage support requests through the Ticket Platform while delivering excellent stakeholder and customer service.
• Assist with reporting, analytics, process documentation, and knowledge management.
• Serve as the key point of contact for the Supplier Portal support and P2P best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in P2P operations (any industry)
• Financial services background is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa is an added advantage
