• Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.
• Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships.
• Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend systems.
• Contribute to team learning, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Quality Focus

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of collected data.
• Explain and validate data movements store-by-store.
• Reinforce quality KPIs and resolve issues (coding errors, unclear manuals, category definitions).

• Minimum Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) or any diploma from local universities
• Any experience in FMCG retail sales or marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, have high integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.).
• Willingness to travel within KL & Selangor, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers.
• Problem-solving mindset, coaching ability, and professional maturity.
