As an intern, you will join us at an exciting stage of growth where you will gain hands-on exposure to the future of communications, AI-powered marketing, and regional client work. This is not a coffee-run internship — you will work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to real campaigns that drive impact.

Role Description

This is a full-time internship based in Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

As a PR Intern, you will support the team in executing campaigns, conducting research, creating content, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve communications outcomes. You will gain exposure to regional clients across Singapore and Malaysia while learning how modern agencies are evolving through technology and automation.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, eager to learn, and excited about the future of AI in communications and marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the team in managing PR and communications campaigns across regional clients

Assist with media monitoring, research, and reporting

Draft media pitches, press materials, content, and communication assets

Use AI tools to support writing, research, and campaign execution

Help identify media opportunities and maintain media databases

Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports

Assist in content creation for digital and social media channels

Collaborate with consultants and senior team members on campaign planning and execution

Stay updated on industry trends, media developments, and emerging AI tools

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Passion for storytelling, media, and brand communications

Curious about AI, technology, and digital marketing

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation is a plus

Previous internship, campus leadership, or relevant project experience is an advantage
