Job Description:
This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of our clients'
employees. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulations
and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role,
whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region.
They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams,
government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for
facilitating efficient and well - coordinated immigration processes. The
caseworker's responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of
immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications :
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred Fields of Study: Law or any other related field
