Responsibilities

We're Hiring: Resource Manager!

We are seeking a Resource Manager to oversee resource planning, allocation, andutilizationacross multiple technology consulting engagements. The ideal candidate has experience balancing business demand, consultant capacity, and project priorities whileoptimizingresourceutilizationand supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage capacity planning, demand forecasting, and workforce availability by aligning resource supply with project pipelines, sales forecasts, and business priorities.

  • Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling by matching consultants' technical skills, certifications, industryexpertise, and availability with project requirements.

  • Monitor consultantutilization, billable versus non-billable efforts, bench management, and project staffing to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Resolve resource conflicts, over-allocation, and scheduling constraints while collaborating with project managers, delivery leads, and business stakeholders.

  • Perform resource analytics, capacity reporting, gap analysis, and workforce planning,recommendinghiring, training, or contractor engagement strategies to address future business needs.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, ora relateddiscipline.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Project Coordination, Operations, or Delivery Management within a technology or consulting environment.

  • Experience supporting IT consulting, professional services, systems integration, digital transformation, or government projects is highly preferred.


Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in resource planning, capacity management, demand forecasting, resource allocation,utilizationtracking, and workforce scheduling across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Proven ability to manage consultantutilization, billable versus non-billable capacity, bench management, resource forecasting, and project staffing while balancing business priorities and financial targets.

  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, withproficiencyin resource planning tools, Microsoft Excel, and project management platforms.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience supporting IT consulting firms, managed services, system integrators, or government technology projects.

  • Familiarity with PSA, ERP, or resource management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday,Kantata(Mavenlink), Float, or similar workforce planning tools.

  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as project budgeting,utilizationKPIs, gross margin, revenue forecasting, and contract models including Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price engagements.
