We are looking for an Intern to join our Channel Services team in Malaysia. The role is responsible for monitoring daily trade processing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery, as well as coordinating exceptional trade submissions and facilitating communication among outsourced service providers, internal stakeholders, distributors, custodians, and business partners to support smooth business operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking daily Unit Trust (UT) and Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) transactions processed by outsourced service providers to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of operational reports, trackers, exception logs, service requests, and other documentation for monitoring and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, outsourced service providers, distributors, and business partners on transaction status, operational enquiries, and outstanding items.
  • Assist in handling trade exceptions, document verification, transaction follow-ups, and basic issue resolution to support smooth business operations.
  • Support the processing and administrative handling of EPF/KWSP documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Provide administrative, project, and ad-hoc support to the Channel Services team while ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and operational controls.


Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operation management, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Able to adopt and use AI tools responsibly to support work efficiency, documentation, tracking, reporting, and process improvement, in line with company guidelines and data confidentiality requirements would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are able to complete an internship of 6 months.
