IT Specialist (Website & Systems Manager)

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing Education Technology (EdTech) company focused on building a digital learning platform for English-speaking professionals across Asia. Through online education, coaching, and community-driven programs, they help individuals develop in areas such as leadership, personal growth, wellness, and business.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an IT Specialist who can take ownership of their website ecosystem, digital tools, and system integrations, ensuring everything operates smoothly while working closely with external development partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and user experience.
• Coordinate with external developers for website enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature implementation.
• Manage website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and deployment processes.
• Maintain and optimize Webflow, Vercel, or similar website platforms.
• Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Manage Google Workspace and other internal SaaS platforms.
• Oversee integrations between various business tools and automate manual workflows where possible.
• Troubleshoot website, system, and platform-related issues promptly.
• Support payment systems, landing pages, and digital marketing tools when required.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and vendor management.
• Proactively recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience managing business websites.
• Experience working with Webflow, Vercel, or Next.js.
• Familiar with website hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL management.
• Experience coordinating with external developers or agencies.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics), SEO fundamentals, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
• Passionate about learning and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.

Salary

RM5,000 – RM7,000

Up to RM9,000 for candidates with strong experience in Webflow, Vercel, Next.js, and Systems Integration.
