The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Managing relationships with client
• Solving key and difficult problems encountered during the project

Qualifications

• Candidates must be fluent in both English and Thai
• At least 5+ years working experience in construction project manager
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Willing to travel or transfer to any project in Malaysia
