Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end full stack web application development from design to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and enhance frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Analyze, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems within a non-greenfield environment.
• Review existing codebase, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Perform system performance analysis and optimization to improve application reliability and efficiency.
• Integrate multiple data sources, databases, and third-party systems.
• Participate in requirement clarification, technical discussions, and solution alignment with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IoT, PLC, AI, and Web development teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Support onsite activities and customer engagement when required. (Own transportation required.)

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in web application development, with strong exposure to full stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core Web API development.
• Solid experience in SQL database development, including:
• SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Complex query writing
• Joins, aggregation, DISTINCT operations
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with multi-database and multi-system integration.
• Frontend development experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 or latest version) or React.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and debugging.
• Experience with authentication and login API integration.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and deployment processes.

• Experience with system migration, legacy system enhancement, or application modernization projects.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Experience integrating software solutions with hardware systems, PLC, or industrial communication protocols is a plus.
