Airscan Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Green Building Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Airscan makes environments perform better. Our Malaysia team delivers WELL, LEED, and Malaysian green building certifications across offices, healthcare, and hospitality. We're hiring a Green Building Executive to support our Green Building Lead on our pipeline of certification projects. This role is built for someone looking to learn formal certification delivery for a host of frameworks including WELL, LEED, GreenRE, and MyCREST.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting credit documentation and submissions across WELL, LEED, GreenRE, and MyCREST projects
• Coordinating site visits and on-site measurements alongside the senior team
• Learning how to help clients navigate what certification requires at each stage of a project
• Tracking updates to green building standards and Malaysian regulations
• Contributing to project reports and client deliverables

Who we're looking for

• A graduate from environmental science, environmental engineering, architecture, building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, with 1 year working experience
• Comfortable working through technical documents and keeping information organised
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Genuinely curious about how buildings affect the people inside them
