About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment. If you’re passionate about hiring top tech talent and partnering with stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet/SEEK, referrals and others platform
• Leverage social media recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and hiring priorities
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
• Drive engagement with top-tier talent to ensure a strong and continuous candidate pipeline
• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Support initiatives related to employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment campaigns
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
• Responsible in recruitment reports preparation (monthly) to stakeholders

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in technical and non-technical hiring, a consultative approach to stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages, is an advantage to support regional hiring and diverse candidate pools
• Strong understanding of current hiring trends
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media recruitment and modern talent sourcing techniques is highly desirable
