Job Title: AI Application Developer
Location: Taipei, TW
Job Function: IT
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description
  • Decompose real logistics and operations problems into AI-solvable workflows, then use AI tools to design and ship solutions, with humans providing direction, judgment, and quality control.
  • Identify AI/LLM automation opportunities across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into BRS/TRS/RTM artifacts per Dimerco IT standards, including AI feasibility analysis and solution design.
  • Verify, test, and de-risk AI-generated output before production, and raise the AI fluency of the wider IT team.
  • Other tasks may be directed by the Management.

  • Sharp logical thinking: takes an ambiguous business problem and breaks it into structured, solvable parts.
  • Quick, sound judgment: adapts fast in unfamiliar situations and asks the right questions first.
  • High AI leverage: gets reliable output from LLMs and AI tools, and directs, cross-checks, and corrects it rather than trusting it blindly.
  • Learning agility: keeps pace with rapidly evolving AI capabilities.

Qualifications

AI/ML Skills (Nice to have)

  • Working Python for AI/ML and data work (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on LLM API integration (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Groq), including prompt engineering and RAG.
  • Familiarity with classical ML (e.g. XGBoost) for tabular problems like risk scoring or forecasting; agent frameworks, cloud AI (Azure ML, AWS, GCP), or deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch) is a plus.

Core Technical Skills (Nice to have)

  • Vue 3 and TypeScript to read, direct, and verify AI-generated user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with C# .NET 8 Web API.
  • Working SQL on MS SQL Server (queries and basic schema design).
  • Version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud deployment (Vercel, Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
