Responsibilities

· Support HOD in procurement activities, vendor management, and cost-reduction initiatives across the group

· Source parts and materials locally and overseas in accordance with company procedures.

· Ensure timely delivery, optimize logistics costs, and verify supplier invoices.

· Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, Customs, and relevant authorities.

· Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery.

· Conduct supplier evaluation, audits, and performance monitoring.

· Drive cost-reduction initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and business performance

Competency Requirements

· Degree holder or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry.

· Experience in shipping, imports, and customs matters.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
