What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and digital advertising campaigns.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, generate creative ideas, write captions, create scripts, and improve workflow.
• Transform raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping content with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to produce content that increases engagement, leads, and sales.
• Optimise videos based on campaign performance, audience insights, and platform trends.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and AI technologies.
• Support video production, filming, and post-production when required.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Multimedia, or any similar field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related creative role.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
• Strong understanding of short-form content, storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and always looking for better ways to create content.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as you'll create content for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
