Responsibilities

• Prepare according to standard recipes, quality requirements, presentation guidelines, and daily prep checklists.
• Follow and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare and handle a variety of pastries.
• Assist in production tasks such as food preparation, assembly, packing, picking goods, and any other duties required to meet daily production standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations according to hygiene and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in pastries production.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, SOP compliance, and HACCP practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced central kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
