RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare progress claim & variation orders.
• Verify sub-contractor claim.
• Advises project manager on Contract matters.
• Perform take-off quantities.
• Pre-tender and post tender contract administration.
• Perform cost estimation.
• Prepare joint measurement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Excellent organisational and time management skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience or more

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
