About the Role

• Are you a designer who cares about how digital products work just as much as how they look? We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging and user-centred digital experiences across our web and mobile products.

Core Responsibilities

• UIUX Design & Digital Experiences

• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile and digital products, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and user requirements into accessible, responsive and user-friendly solutions that align with brand standards.

• User-Centered Design & Experience Optimisation

• Apply user-centred design principles, UX best practices and research insights to improve usability and customer experience.
• Identify user pain points and recommend solutions that balance user needs, business goals and technical requirements.

• Prototyping & Design Documentation

• Create interactive prototypes, design specifications and supporting documentation for development and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare organised design assets and clear handovers to ensure accurate implementation by development teams.

• Product Development & Agile Collaboration

• Collaborate with product, business and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile environments
• Support implementation by participating in planning, design reviews and resolving design-related development issues.

• Stakeholder Communication & Design Advocacy

• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for user-centred design while incorporating stakeholder feedback to achieve business and usability objectives.

• Design Trends & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Enhance design processes, guidelines and reusable design patterns based on user feedback and project learnings.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, product design or digital experience design.
• Proven experience designing user-friendly web and mobile applications.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, storyboards and interactive prototypes.
• Experience designing and supporting web-based applications across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Practical experience working within Agile development environments.
• Experience creating digital interfaces, web solutions, reports and other user-facing digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-friendly web and mobile application design and creative branding work.
• A portfolio link must be included with your application.
