Job Description

Requirement:

• Possess a least Bachelor's Degree Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• Minimum: 1-2 years working experience.
• ADVANTAGE: EXPERIENCE IN SQL SYSTEM
• Detailed oriented person
• Manage to work independently in a dynamic and high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Day to day task:

• Basic accountant duties and responsibilities.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignment as per required
• Perform daily bookkeeping activities - sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and statement of accounts.
• Assist senior accountant
• Able to assist & support in reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Prepare monthly accounting report as per dateline.
• Resolve invoice processing and payment issues with clients and suppliers
• Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
