Job Scope:
- Manage and organise the Director's calendar, including appointments, meetings, travel plans, and daily schedule.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Director by managing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business-related documents.
- Maintain and organise confidential documents, records, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, company events, travel, and other official activities.
- Attend meetings, events, or business trips with the Director whenever required to provide administrative support.
- Drive the Director to meetings, appointments, site visits, and other official or personal destinations.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, properly maintained, and serviced on schedule.
- Assist with personal matters, administrative duties, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external business partners.
- Track ongoing tasks, monitor deadlines, and follow up to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Director from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a good driving record.
- Confident and experienced in driving both within the Klang Valley and outstation when required.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
