Responsible for managing and coordinating inbound & outbound customer service activities to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction. Liaise between external and internal customers.

-monitor and process incoming shipments and customer orders.

-verify shipment documentation accuracy and update system records accordingly.

-prepare and review shipping documentation including invoices, packing list, and delivery documents.

-monitor delivery status and communicate updates to customer.

-knowledge of inbound and outbound shipment process is preferred.

-diploma of degree in business administration , supply chain, logistics or related field is preferred.

- strong problem solving and coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
