1. Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

2. Plan shipments and deliveries according to customer requirements and timelines.

3. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Manage documentation such as shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and customs declarations.

5. Track and trace shipments, resolve delivery issues, and update stakeholders on shipment status.

6. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal SOPs.

7. Optimize logistics costs by negotiating rates and improving supply chain processes.

8. Prepare logistics performance reports, cost analysis, and KPIs.

9. Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics efficiency and service quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
