Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of assigned production lines to ensure production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Batch Production Records (BPR), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

The Production Supervisor ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality, proper documentation, and a clean and organized production environment. The role focuses on frontline supervision, manpower allocation, and operational execution under the guidance of the Production Executive or Production Manager.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh supervisors are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse or co-packing operations.
• Experience in GMP production is an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

• Basic understanding of GMP and 5S.
• Able to follow SOPs and Batch Production Records (BPR).
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise production operators.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).

Roles & Responsibilities Production Operations

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve production schedules.
• Assign production operators according to daily production planning.
• Ensure production is carried out according to approved SOPs and Batch Production Records (BPR).
• Monitor production output and report progress to the Production Executive or Manager.
• Ensure production materials are available before production starts.
• Assist in machine setup and line preparation before production.
• Report production delays or equipment issues to the immediate superior.

GMP Compliance

• Ensure operators comply with GMP, hygiene and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Ensure production areas remain clean and organized in accordance with GMP and 5S standards.
• Perform line clearance before production begins following approved procedures.
• Ensure materials and finished products are properly identified and segregated.

Authority

• Assign work to production operators.
• Stop production and report to the Production Executive if there is a quality or safety concern.
• Verify production line readiness before production starts.
• Escalate production issues to the Production Executive or Production Manager.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
