Yokogawa Analytical Solutions Hiring! Full Time Senior Storekeeper in Johor - Ricebowl

Main Responsibilities

Material Issuance & Control

1) Issue materials to production strictly based on approved Material Request Forms (MRF) and production schedules.

2) Ensure accuracy of quantity, part number, and documentation during material issuance.

Material Kitting & Movement

3) Perform material kitting according to production or project requirements.

4) Arrange and execute timely movement of materials to production/staging areas to support manufacturing continuity.

Inventory Data Management

5) Perform system and manual data entry for all material transactions including issuing, returns, and transfers.

6) Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.

Excess & Returned Material Management

7) Monitor, control, and segregate excess, slow-moving, and returned materials.

8) Coordinate with production and project teams for reuse, return to store, or proper disposition.

Project Inventory Consolidation & Reporting

9) Consolidate and reconcile inventory data at project completion, covering: Incoming, issued materials, Returned / excess materials.

10) Support inventory verification during audits, stock take, or project close-out.

Store Organization & 5S Compliance

11) Support and maintain 5S activities within the store, staging, and storage areas.

12) Ensure proper labelling, housekeeping, and safe material storage practices.

Stock Accuracy & Cycle Count Support

13) Participate in periodic stock counts and cycle counts.

14) Investigate and report discrepancies, supporting corrective actions.

Safety, Compliance & SOP Adherence

15) Comply with safety rules, SOPs, and company policies related to material handling and storage.

16) Support audits (internal/external) by providing required documentation and records.

Coordination & Communication

17) Coordinate closely with production, project, logistics, and planning teams to ensure smooth material flow.

18) Escalate material shortages, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner.

19) Support on stock management activities for each project – Labelling, storage etc.

20) Support project on any material or goods movement.

21) Coordinate with production on prepares shipment via courier service – Pack & provide Gate Pass.

22) Traffic Controller - Assist Safety Officer to coordinate traffic controller related to any shipment activities outside Yokogawa.
