FMX (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive the expansion of our International Express business. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and promoting integrated logistics solutions that leverage FMX's comprehensive service offerings.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and strengthening FMX's position as a leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries and market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market penetration.

2. Customer Solutions Development

• Understand customers' logistics requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Air Freight, Warehouse, and Transport teams to develop customized logistics solutions.
• Promote FMX's complete range of logistics services, including:
• International Express
• Domestic Courier
• Air Freight
• Warehousing & Fulfilment
• Trucking & Distribution
• Position FMX as a trusted integrated logistics solutions partner.

3. Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

• Achieve individual sales and gross profit targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to maximize retention and account growth.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities.

4. Account Management

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful service delivery.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining strong business relationships.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

As part of our Commercial team, you will:

• Develop new business opportunities across multiple industries.
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers.
• Promote FMX's integrated logistics solutions, including:
• International Express
• Domestic Courier
• Air Freight
• Warehousing & Fulfilment
• Trucking & Distribution
• Prepare customer proposals and logistics solutions tailored to business needs.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable deals.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets while expanding FMX's market presence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3 to 8 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
• Experience in International Express, Courier, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics (preferred).
• Strong business networking and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Experience selling integrated logistics solutions is an added advantage.
