The Account Assistant / Executive supports the company’s daily accounting, intercompany billing, delivery documentation, and administrative functions. This role requires accuracy, strong logical thinking, and the ability to manage multi-company billing structures, margin-based pricing, and financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable) and GL (General Ledger)
• Able to handle day-to-day accounting operations
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions

• Invoicing: Generating and sending accurate invoices to customers for products or services rendered. Liaise with Logistic & sales on billing preparation.
• Ensure completeness of billing and updating outstanding job reports & monthly FSC sales reports
• Familiarize with SST (Tax code) and e-billing submission

Accounts Payable (AP) Functions

• Invoice Processing: Receiving, verifying, and approving vendor invoices for payment. Check Tax exemption code on suppliers bills & update sales tax exemption report.
• Payment Execution: Issuing payments (checks, electronic transfers) to suppliers
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships and communication with suppliers.
• Any other Accounts related functions ie bank reconciliation, creditors & customer’s reconciliation and etc

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
