About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented *Procurement Executive* to support our growing F&B business across the Penang region. If you enjoy negotiating with suppliers, working with data, solving problems, and ensuring operations run smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and prepare accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
• Source new suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate the best pricing and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor deliveries, stock shortages, and resolve procurement issues promptly.
• Verify invoices, pricing, and prepare Payment Vouchers (PVs) accurately.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports with clear insights.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for Penang outlets and follow up until completion.
• Ensure procurement records and documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service standards.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and Top Management to support business growth and improve procurement processes.

• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Fast and accurate data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
