• Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies across all revenue streams, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Catering & Events.
• Work closely with the IHG Field Marketing team on brand campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage online marketing initiatives, including IHG Ignite and IHG Boost. Audit content and imagery across OTAs and metasearch channels, making updates where necessary.
• Manage the social media calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, driving engagement while ensuring alignment with brand identity
• Participate in key meetings, including Sales, Marketing, and Food & Beverage promotion meetings, to ensure alignment across departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive promotions, including: Human Resources Manager for CSR activities Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager for F&B campaigns Director of Sales & Associate Director of Events for G&M promotions
• Support the MarCom Manager in executing marcom initiatives as required.
• Work with Graphic Designer in developing hotel collateral in line with brand standards.
• Prepare marketing-related forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Participate in key meetings, include but not limited to Sales & Marketing meeting, etc.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, functions and exhibitions as required.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
