Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Use tools like TikTok Business Center, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Creator Studio.
• Assist with Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Reply to comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
• Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, followers, and content performance).
• Support content planning and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with TikTok Shop and livestreams (preferred).
• Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Internship students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Portfolio is required (social media content, videos, designs, or personal projects).
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and social media tools.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia and English are an advantage.
• Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Able to create short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Familiar with TikTok Shop or livestreams is an advantage.
• Creative, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
