Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payment processing.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/customers.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in compliance with regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and assist in budgeting.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or others).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
