Finance and HR Executive

About the Role
TechFarm Xperts is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and HR Executive to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for managing financial planning, accounting operations, and reporting, while also overseeing core HR functions such as payroll, compliance, and employee administration.

Finance / Accounting

• Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger) and monthly/annual closing
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and KPIs for management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations; liaise with external auditors and tax submission
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and control expenditures
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management

Human Resources

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB)
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee records
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and appraisals
• Supervise office administration and staff welfare initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 1 year experience is a plus
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with accounting software preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates who prefer working in a farm/agricultural setting are preferred (our office is located at a farm site in Kajang, Selangor)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
