Job Summary

We are looking for a Merchandise Executive to oversee the setup and maintenance of product displays, testers, and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across various retail locations. The role also involves reporting on display conditions and ensuring brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and set up testers, POSM, and promotional materials in retail stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product displays are properly maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels of testers and promotional materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Prepare and submit display and merchandising reports with photos and insights.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective merchandising.
• Identify areas for display improvement and suggest creative merchandising solutions.

Requirements

• Entry-level position – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Own transport is compulsory as the role involves frequent store visits.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.

• Salary Range: RM2,000 – RM2,500 + RM500 transport allowance.
