Responsibilities
Design Engineer (ACMV)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: 5.5-day workweek
Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Sat: 8.30 – 12.30pm
Salary: $4,500 - $6,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Developing ACMV system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
Creating and maintaining accurate drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Working with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensuring designs meet local regulations and project requirements.
Addressing any design-related issues during the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC principles, and relevant codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), or other relevant software.
Ability to identify and resolve design and technical challenges.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in relevant Building / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years working experience in construction M & E or ACMV Projects.
