Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cutting meat, handling merchandise of meat items
- Assist in driving sales and profitability of the department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage management at store level
- Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items
- Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your work area in accordance with safety procedures and standards of hygiene.
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety
- Able to speak and read simple English
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented and a team player
