About Us

We are an AS9100-certified precision engineering company serving the aerospace, automation and high-technology industries. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Manufacturing Operations Executive to take ownership of our daily machine shop operations and ensure production runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the machine shop.

· Spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, monitoring production progress and supporting the team - not behind a desk.

· Conduct regular walkabouts to ensure jobs are progressing according to schedule and identify issues before they become delays.

· Coordinate with machinists, QC, purchasing and management to keep production running smoothly.

· Ensure materials, tooling, fixtures and consumables are available before production starts.

· Monitor production schedules and resolve bottlenecks.

· Maintain a clean, organised and audit-ready machine shop through effective 5S practices.

· Oversee tooling organisation, machine shop consumables, cleaning supplies and general housekeeping.

· Coordinate machine shop maintenance and ensure equipment and common areas are well maintained.

· Update production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands-on operational role. You are expected to be actively present on the shop floor, engaging with the production team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a CNC precision machining environment, or similar.

· Experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Engineer is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, setups and production planning.

· Familiarity with CNC programming/CAM software. Must be able to understand machining methods and communicate confidently with machinists.

· Able to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.

· Organised, proactive and willing to take ownership of machine shop operations.

· Comfortable working on the shop floor and leading by example in maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety and operational discipline.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
