What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily opening and closing of the store
• Assist customers with enquiries, feedback, and service requests
• Register and update orders and sales accurately in the system
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational needs of the outlet
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery arrangements with our laundry team

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, proactive, and responsible team player
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn — training provided!
