Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead and optimize our data analytics initiatives. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making across QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd, providing strategic insights to improve business performance and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data excellence.
  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end data analytics lifecycle, from data collection and processing to analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Identify key business questions and translate them into analytical problems, designing and executing appropriate analytical solutions.
  • Utilize advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business trends.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data sources and analytical processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and analytical tools to continuously enhance our data capabilities.
  • Present complex analytical findings to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization through training and advocacy.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data analytics projects.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Advanced statistical modeling and machine learning expertise (e.g., regression, clustering, time series analysis, classification).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the F&B or retail industry is advantageous.
