Key Responsibilities

1. Athlete & KOL Development and Management Identify and select suitable athletes, running KOLs, and content creators for BMAI. Manage daily communication, partnerships, and relationships with athletes and KOLs. Track content output, exposure, and performance, and evaluate collaboration costs and overall effectiveness.
2. Athlete & KOL Content Planning Develop content ideas, topics, and content outlines based on BMAI's brand, products, and campaign needs. Follow up on content creation, publishing schedules, and execution.
3. BMAI Running Club & Community Operations Manage the daily operation and content of BMAI Running Club's social media accounts. Plan and organise regular running and community activities. Build and maintain relationships with running clubs, running communities, and key runners. Develop joint activities and product trial collaborations with external running clubs.
4. Brand Events & Product Launch Support Support the preparation and on-site execution of exhibitions, brand events, and other marketing activities. Support BMAI product launches and related marketing projects.

Requirements

• Passionate about running and sports, with an interest in the running community and sports industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and content, with a creative mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to independently follow up on tasks and projects.
• Basic data tracking, spreadsheet, and cost awareness.
• Willing to participate in selected evening running and community activities.
