Role Description: This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The role involves administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and managing employee benefits and leave administration in line with company guidelines and local regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will handle employee inquiries, help resolve HR-related issues, and contribute to initiatives that support employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. The role also includes preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, and collaborating with management to improve HR processes and systems.


Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management for handling daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies to support policy implementation, compliance, and performance management processes.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits to administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliant HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a professional and confidential approach to sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, along with basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an HR generalist or specialist role within engineering, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
