We're Hiring: Project Manager (3–4 Years Experience)

Location: Singapore

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing support and delivery for critical banking and payments systems. If you enjoy driving cross-functional work, troubleshooting alongside technical teams, and resolving customer-reported issues in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of projects involving AS400 systems, APIs, and related banking infrastructure
• Act as the main point of contact between business, technical teams, and vendors for project updates and issue resolution
• Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and escalate blockers as needed
• Coordinate resolution of customer-reported API issues by working closely with technical support and engineering teams
• Oversee testing, deployment, and rollout activities across databases, networking, and integration components
• Manage scope changes and ensure they're communicated and factored into project plans
• Prepare and present project status reports, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Support process documentation and drive continuous improvement across delivery workflows

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of project management or delivery experience, ideally in a technical or banking environment
• Working knowledge of AS400 systems, APIs, Unix environments, databases, and networking fundamentals
• Experience coordinating resolution of customer-reported API issues with technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to Axway or Informatica
• Familiarity with virtual accounts, local payments, or TT remittances
• Working knowledge of Postman, GPG, and JMeter
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables
